Jeff in Japan

This is a blog focused around my travels while I live in Japan. Follow along as I drive, hike, and snowboard across this beautiful country!

I moved to Japan in October of 2018 and have been here since. I have called two great areas home in that time; Hyogo prefecture and Toyama prefecture. In these five years since moving here, I have traveled to 40/47 prefectures. Most of it was done in a short 2 year span though.

These days I find myself travelling less, and exploring my local area more. I’m spending more time hiking and snowboarding in the mountains surrounding the norther alps region.
